Open Floor Concept Great Room and Kitchen
The home’s main floor is an open-concept with a spectacular great room and kitchen with vaulted, timber ceilings, accent lighting, and a granite stone, see-through fireplace. The builder kept the natural woods in the landscaping. The few downed trees from the landscaping were milled, cured and used for the tongue-and-groove ceilings in the great room, kitchen, entry and study. Not only is this house beautiful, it also includes ADA-friendly appliances and features making this home fully-accessible. "We wanted this home to be fully accessible for everyone," says Steve Cope, the builder. "We wanted to create a high-end custom home with a universal design." Even more so, a luxury home. He accomplished this goal. Built for Sustainability
The whole house is built to last, with features for sustainability. There is an on-demand water heater that provides hot water to every fixture in the house within 3 seconds, a 1,000-gallon underground propane tank with an all-house 20k back-up generator. If a power outage occurs, the systems in place will power up the entire house within 7 seconds, providing heat, light, and hot water to the entire home for up to a year! This home is designed your last. Beehive Construction chose worry-free products from the rust-resistant, hot-dipped, galvanized steel brackets on the deck and the poly-coated galvanized fence that wraps the entire property to the powder-coated wrought-iron entry gate and fencing.
